Beirut Remix

Here's a bit of a preview of what I'm working on in my bungalow on the beach here, cracked screen or no...
This is the first part of a mix I'll be uploading when I get back to DSLandia.

New Blog- ANIMAL BLANCO

So I disabled my Facebook and started a new blog- ANIMAL BLANCO where people can follow my travels. This site here will continue to be the source for all new WHITE ANIMAL exclusives and mixes. Thanks to everyone who checks in here and downloads music from me.

Afro Disko worldwide

Here's a short, all-vinyl mix of Afro-flavored Disco from round-the-world which I recorded in November of 07 and just rediscovered on my hard drive. I initially shelved it because there are some trainwrecks in the second half and I wanted to rerecord to make it much longer, but I never did. On this cold-ass New England day this has enough tropical flavor for me to call it ready for the wrrrrld.

CLUB MEGAMIX VOL. 1!!

Here's a new 15 minute A.D.D. megamix I put together for a promo CD I'm handing out to gay clubs in Provincetown along with a very gay press release. It's all hot club tracks of the moment with a couple of my own secret weapons.
Too many tracks here to list, but holler if need to know what is going on in your earholes.

New digi E.P. out now!

Being a homebound cripple is going to do wonders for my "musical" "productivity". Here's the first unfortunate by-product: a new 4 song digital e.p. called "OMG There are Two Songs Playing at Once!"

(as always, click the divshar logo to download the lot of them)

It's all "blends" AKA "Mash-ups" AKA What Becky likes. It's a lot like Girl Talk, except you've never heard either of the songs before and they don't switch every 5 seconds, so some of you younger folks might lose interest around the 30 second mark.

I even made up stupid mash-up titles for them cause that's what this shit is all about!

1. Hands Up, Lips Sealed (Hands Up, Thumbs Down- Blaqstar, Our Lips are Sealed- The Go Gos)
2. Disco Creator (Disco Science- Mirwais, Creator- Santogold [Scottie B Remix])
3. The Suspense is Fucking Me (On Acid) (The Suspense is Killing Me Pt. 3- Boy 8 Bit, I Sit on Acid- Lords of Acid [Soulwax Remix], Chicken Noodle Rave- Dj Donna Summer)
4. This is Marky Mark (This is Sick- Solid Groove, Marky Mark- WHITE ANIMAL, Big-gyptian- Unknown Bootleg)

My friend in Chicago Pierce AKA Beep Beep Boop Boop has crafted a superior Summertime mix for that backyard BBQ that inevitably turns into a Barbeque sauce-smeared freak fest.

This is just the thing when the forecast is like this

New Single! "Marky Mark"

BTW, the sample on there is from when some members of Show Me the Pink appeared on Judge Mathis, which you can see (in edited form) here:

Beach House- Master of None (White Animal Beat Conductor Dub)

A falltime mix...

Here's a mix a recorded back in September as soundtrack to the oyster eating and ale drinking of fall. Nothing flashy, just solid jams for bonfires in the back yard and eating delicious foods. Gets a bit sultry near the end of the night, as it should.

So why are you getting it now, in the middle of winter? (shrugs) Look out for the winter mix, available next summer!
